Supports the King High Line

The King High Line is a proposed, fully accessible, pedestrian and cycling bridge that connects West Queen West with King St. West over the Georgetown rail corridor and offers extended community green space and a direct connection to the sights, sounds, services and shops in your now neighbouring communities. If this bridge can be built to coincide with the opening of the Railpath's south corridor, it will be great, and significantly safer than the interium plans that have cyclists going north on Shaw from Douro to get onto King Street. Worst spaghetti-like street car tracks web outside of the King-Queen-Roncesvalles tracks: just asking for a cyclist to get killed like Susan Trainor did last year on Lake Shore Blvd W in Etobicoke while trying to cross the tracks.
